Depends on A. what position the Hawks are in and B. if Lehner regresses or not. As much as I love him (I'm an isles fan) i dont expect him putting up the same numbers he did on a team that has Brent Seabrook as a top 4 dman. I tried to play it safe on the trade

Depends on nothing here besides the simple fact whether the Hawks are battling for a playoff spot and whether Crow is healthy or not. If the Hawks are out and Crow is healthy then Lehner MIGHT be available however....Lehner costs A LOT MORE then this. Start with one of the Canes top 2 or 3 prospects and at least a 2nd round pick to get the conversations going...starting goalies don't grow on trees these days.

...and Seabs isn't a top 4 on the Hawks, he's a 3rd pairing.

I remember a time when the big joke in the league was that TO fans build statues for guys after a hot streak. You are seriously expecting a huge windfall for a guy who's had one good season and was signed to be the 1B on your team. Perhaps tempering your expectations may be wise.

LMAO...a huge windfall doesn't equal a 2nd round pick (late rounder from a playoff team) and a top 2 or 3 prospect. If you don't think a starting goalie at the TDL doesn't demand that then perhaps you might want to focus on cricket season.
