I never said he would get a return. I said it isn't hard to move him. There is a huge difference there.
He can still play and when you see there are teams in need of a goalie you can see how easily it can be to move him.

Not sure I like the idea of a three headed goalie monster for LA for the 2020-2021 season, but goalies are voodoo and you can't really tell if Campbell or Petersen will be the next starter given their small sample sizes, plus Quick seems to be hurt a lot lately. It makes sense to give the man good backup money for a couple years, as he was great last season.
