Toronto sends Marner to Winnipeg for Laine, Perrault, 1st, 2nd, 3rd
Toronto sends Perrault and 1st to Ottawa as a salary dump, and Sens send back a fifth (similar to Marleau trade)

It wouldn't cost a 1st to move Perreault. In fact, I am sure a team would throw a 2nd or 3rd someones way for Perreault.

There is nothing technically going from Toronto to Ottawa (Perreault, 1st WPG). This is just two Winnipeg trades.
