To confirm, these are hypothetical productions based close to reports/player asks. Please tell me how far your opinions are to mine, thanks smile

Most of the big RFA's will get 5-6 year deals, maybe 2 of them 2-3 years but none will get 8. My predictions for the big RFA's

Marner: 9.75M x 6 years
Rantanen: 9.3M - 9.5M x 5 - 6 years respectively
Point: 8M x 5 years
Tkachuk: 7.75 - 8M x 5 - 6 years respectively
Laine: 7.6M x 3 years
Connor: 7.3M x 6 years
Provorov: 6.7M x 5 years
Boeser: 5.5M - 6.75M x 2 - 3 years respectively
McAvoy: 5M x 3 years (same as werenski)

Player asks are pretty meaningless or else the players would have been signed by either "their" team or one of the 31 teams in the NHL.
Don't think the Jets, Tampa or Leafs want those large qualifying offers in the following the balloon payment in the final year of the contract. No proof the cap will rise significantly to justified a big raise in the next contract. Four years for Boesner...doesn't that lead right to UFA, which the Canucks wouldn't do.
