give the kid a shot

Created by: tsyls

Description
this is inspired by @csick

He mentioned this top-9 lineup and I thought it could really work for the Jets.

Putting Connor with 26&55 really helped him progress. I think it could do the same with Vesalainen.

gives the jets 3 lines that can all score, this could advance Vesalainen like it did to Connor.

Maurice would never run that 2nd line, even if he did and they clearly worked he'd find something wrong with it and go back to some other combination that doesn't accomplish ****all!

is a possibility, I just don't think the return would be worth it. what would they offer for Ehlers?

I’d offer Mayfield Bellows and a 1st but I doubt Jets accept. I would also change Bellows to Wilde

The kids a stud but ehlers is on a great contract and he could easily put up 60+ points every year.

Whenever you’re dealing with trades like this it’s always hard. That’s why not everyone can be a GM haha. I’m just god I’m not the one calling the shots.

The defensive liability on your 2nd line is scary. Put copp 2c and Conner to 3L with ros at 3c and little 3R. Then you have 3 scoring lines if you want 3 scoring lines.
