I'd try it. id easily give up 2 firsts for Point. Tampa has a week to match. Training camps have started, and teams aren't in the trade block right now. they're focused on their players. that'll make it harder for tampa to trade a player and sign Point. If im not mistaken, the offseason is over, so a team can't go above above 10% of the cap. no harm in attempting an offersheet.

I agree but you can't buried player like that!
So MTL would be overcap has well...send Alzner to Laval and buyout Weise instead... it will cost less longer term

yeah that could work. i was just in a rush to create any sort of cap space.
