Really no point in making either of those moves. DeAngelo is not going to be the answer at RD and that Vegas trade feels super random.

Boi wouldn't that be nice ... Solving the JP and Manning problems while getting an underrated goalie back ...and ADA offer probably gets matched but it puts NYR in a quandary and would be a truly great add

It doesn't solve anything at all - it trades an asset and an expiring AHLer for a goalie we don't need. Waste of time.

Those players aren't assets they're cancer ...edm should take a bag of pucks ..so danks will do ...move on time ...bigger n better things to come for etown !!

Manning will be in the AHL this year, Puljujarvi is in Finland already. Even if they were "cancer" it would have no effect on the Oilers roster.

What on earth is Edmonton going to do with another goalie? They already have 5 pro goalies fighting over 4 spots.

Dansk would be the AHL backup in the Oilers organization. Do you really think that's Holland's target return for Puljujarvi?

Smith is 37 and finishing..
Koskinen is a huge question mark..
A few decent looking kids in AHL, but not ready..
Just suspect that Vegas may let Dansk slip away..
Theodore is hurt, Manning 4 1 mill is likely welcomed..
