Apparently so. Will be 23 man roster till Hyman comes back. Seems a bit dicey to me.

With Dermott and Hyman starting the season on the LTIR, you could possibly add 2 more million onto the budget. Plus when Matthews gets injured and missing a month, like he does every year, that'll create a couple more million on the LTIR budget.

There is no increase to the budget, it’s ltir. Yes the relief goes up but S soon as those players go back you are in the same spot.
