Not to mention ZAR isn't a center at the NHL level. He's a winger. No sense in arguing that.

So what's your lineup? (Just asking, as an outsider, for educational purposes.)

Not my line but it's reported that the top two lines will be Guentzel Crosby Kahun - Galchenyuk Malkin Tanev

I thought as much.

It seems to me that Brian Rust is surplus to your needs and essentially blocks someone from being called up from W-B.

Ideally, to start, I'd try out

Kahun-Crosby-Guentzel
Galchenyuk-Malkin-Simon
McCann-Bjgstad-Hornqvist
Tanev-Blueger-Aston Reese

Thanks!

It still looks to me like Brian Rust is a player that could be moved for some sort of more useful asset.

yeah I expect him to be traded he's a great player who can move up and down the lineup but the addition of Kahun means he'll likely be the 4th line guy

I would sit simon, put blueger in for sure. Although Sullivan loves Simon so he will probably be in there.

He's getting moved just because of cap, otherwise, he's a very helpful player to the team
