Description

Mikko will sign to Marnerish type money...also, I believe Hall is going to want out of Jersey by the end of the year and Jersey will move him at the deadline to get some value in return. COL might chose to make a push for the former Hart winner. Obviously Jersey will want any talks between COL and NJD to start with Bowen Byram or Cale Makar but because Hall is a rental, the avalanche would not tender those offers. Good chance Hall resigns (he'd be an awesome fit in COL) also because COL is a contender and will have Cap...probably Panarin type money.

If you think back to the Erik Karlsson Trade, I would say the value is about the same.

I'm not too mad about the trade, karlsson was moved at the beginning of the season and if this is a trade deadline we might get him a little cheaper. Hall easily replaces jost and timmins production i'm sure we can find a RHD free agent to take timmins spot as a top 4. I don't think we should have to give up a conditional first if he resigns, the guy is walking if they are trading him so that makes no sense.

That's a ton to give away for a couple of months on Hall. That's the kind of return you get when he has 1-2 years left on this contact, not 4 months.
