There's a lot more reasons I want him gone. This is one of the minor ones but certainly one of them.

It's pretty much everything he does. For all the hype he had, he's been a major letdown.
Besides the Gold Medals that any coach could have gotten with those teams he has accomplished nothing for a very long time. He is old school coach he thinks good players need to learn by playing with plugs. He values veteran players and grinders way too much and plays them far too often. His GM had to trade all of those players away like Billy Bean did in Moneyball.
If he still plays Matthews 18 mins a night in key games than he should be fired after this season. I would have axed him this off season as I think he hasn't evolved as a coach. Especially with how to handle the young guys.
