Habs don’t do that unless it’s the deadline and they’re eliminated from the playoffs, and Khokhlachev is guaranteed to come to the NHL. And even then IDK.

Habs are trying to make the playoffs, Tatar is certainly in the top four forwards on the Habs....Winnipeg gave more for the Hayes TDL rental, Tatar has two years left till. UFA.
