It is a deflated roster, but it's actually still a good team on paper. D has holes and question marks but still...there is a lot of skill on this team

They should be pressing Buff for a decision so they can make a trade if he's not coming back.

Morrisey, Niku and Poolman are all puck movers. Sometimes guys need a shot at a bigger role and they'll excel.

He knew the spot the team was in this summer. Now he decides to do this last minute drama attention bs. No class.
If I were WPG it would be a real short phone call. He can get his ass up and play, or expect to be fined the rest of the year with no salary. I don't even care if he comes back. I'm still fining the **** out of him.

Depends on the situation. I’m guessing something drastic happened and he just found out. Like his wife just got terminal cancer or something like that. It’s not like he’s suddenly considering retirement for no reason. Guy loves the game

Agreed. People are freaking out about the lack of depth but I see it more as opportunity for young players to show what they got. Sure on paper it looks bad, but that's why they play the games
