The top line will probably be Keller-Schmaltz-Kessel, I could see Stepan being the 3C by the end of the year behind Dvorak as well I think, I'd play Hinno Fischer Garland and Grabner in the top 6 before Crouse too

Crouse on the top line? Doubt it.
Dvorak on the 4th line? Doubt it.

Those are the two you need to rework and essentially swap lines. I'll also say Chyrchun on the 3rd pairing I just can't see. There is simply not enough minutes to give him if he plays there. Oesterle and Demers are your defacto 3rd pairing. Demers' injuries have made him getting top minutes a huge stretch. He'll have to work his way back up there if anything.

Crouse adds a physical element to the top line and has some scoring. I think Tocchet won’t have a 4th line, more like two seconds and two thirds. We shouldn’t split the third line and I Dvo can’t play in the top 6 instead of Stepan or Schmaltz and I want him as center. Who should they play on the top D pair? Hammer and OEL or OEL and Chychrun?
