since kravtsov has a 2 way contract i can definitely see him starting in the AHL and being pulled when the two teams are relatively close in terms of location. Once a trade happens it's almost a no brainer to pull him up-- rangers haven't had that kind of creativity from a forward in a very long time.

Would probably switch Strome to RW and Vlad to LW on 3rd line and get Lindgren ice time in AHL rather than being a scratch. That 3rd scratch spot is probably reserved for Smith!
