I know Perreault can do all but wouldn't it be better if Vesalainen gets top6 mins while Connor/Laine are out? So a shutdown line on the 3rd

Also, idk much about Chibisov but otherwise, this team don't have much offensive depth without Laine/Connor

Chibisov has looked pretty good in the pre-season, not sure how he'll do against a full NHL squad though but so far it looks like there's some potential there.

I see benefits to both sides for Vesalainen. He'll be playing with better players in a top 6 role, but the competition will be stiffer and I'm not sold on him being ready for that just yet. Chibisov has impressed and I fully expect him to be that 12th FWD or an extra.
