Depends, if you think you're contenders, then no. Gotta think Toronto and a bunch of other teams would be interested in a top 10-15 Dman in the league and would offer a big package. But this is the type of offer the Blues would seriously consider right now, though I think more trades are in the works.

In the event that the Flyers are seriously contending and the Blues aren't, I think Blues would be very happy with this return. I would say it's an overpay even.

I think the issue here is that if the Flyers are contending by deadline then Lindblom and Sanheim have likely taken steps forward in their contributions. Contending teams at deadline don't subtract contributing players, they move prospects and picks.
