Theres been rumours surfacing about Risto + forward + 2 1sts but the deal is contingent on Laine signing with Buffalo. If im Winnipeg im asking that the forward is Reinhart but for sure Buffalo say no. Idk who it could be between Mittelstadt, Cozens, Tage and Olofsson

At this point i would rather roll the dice on olofsson hitting 25 goals and keeping the 2 firsts and the extra 9 million in cap space. We need help at center, those assets (including cap space) could be used to fix the center position. Seems like an overpayment from me at least, and a horrible waste of resources if you think you need solid centers to make any noise.

I think it's an overpay for the Sabres. And what about the cap next year with all those RFAs to sign.

I would not Trade Olofsson. If the Sabres are including two 1st then I would imagine the other forward going back would be Sherry, Vesey or E-Rod.
