Description

The jets recently sent in an offer of 2x6 for laine. Laines camp is asking for 7+ on the deal. I would do 6.5 and not budge from there. Bob McKenzie says that Kyle Connor and the jets will likely come down on a six year term. Still a money gap. My guess would be around 6.75-7 mil ends of being that number

Seems legit. Definitely not making more than Brayden Point now that he signed. I do think KC81 will break 7mill if he does sign long term.

I’m okay with both of those contracts. Would have liked to see Connor at 7x7.

If the penguins are out of the playoffs by TDL and WPG is in the hunt and Byf has retired, they will be trade partners.

They will need RHD, the penguins will trade Schultz.
Not sure what the return will be at this point depends where else the penguins are at that point.
1st + compensation level most definitely
Penguins are set on RHD next year. They can't afford to resign him. WPG can and it will save their playoff hopes.
You see this coming and given how tough the Metro is this year, and the east in general. It's a good probability.

Laine will need to get at least 7x2 likely closer to 7.5imo. And Conner should get 8-8.5x6 similar to Aho.
