I think so too. If the first became a 2nd, would you do it, just because it fills a need?

No, I wouldn't even do Ristolainen 1for1 for Ehlers

Well, we disagree strongly on that.

if you want a multi season 60 point guy at age 24, who is signed long term at a great contract, you arent gonna steal him.

Ristolainen has been replaced in buffalo and the pick is a sweetener.

I don't think Risto will be moved without recieving a kings ransom, not looking for another O'Reily trade

the problem with that claim is that oreilly is good, and ristolainen isnt.

He has not been replaced, no one besides Dahlin is able to play his big minutes (and why only have one defenseman who can do that)

I watch him play every game. I watch him time after time fail to exit the zone with possession of the puck, I watch him struggle to retrieve pucks under pressure, I watch him fail to tie up players in front of the net. He has played over 400 games, he is what he is, move on.

It’s better to give them Sheary, of course, otherwise this third line will be a big problem for our team.

vesey/mittelstadt/sheary with heavy offensive zone minutes will do just fine.

Too much for me. Im assuming that because we never addressed the center depth in any competent way, that our first is a lottery pick. Make it top 10 protected and its harder for me to say no.
