What I want to see - Scenario 1

Description

This is best case scenario IMO.

Laine & Connor sign before opening night. Buff comes back and Maurice actually makes good decisions with the lines.

I have Roslovic on the 3rd line with little. I would like Little to be able to groom Roslovic as a C. I think Copp right now looks better than Little and I could really see him becoming a true 2c. His game reminds me of Sean Couturier and how he can really play the 200ft game. Copp is so smart defensively and I think he can produce at least 55-65pts on a line with Ehlers and Connor.

Contracts are spot on imo! I also like trying Copp and 2C...if they put Little there again I'll be speechless lol. Don't get me wrong, I still like Little but I can't see him centering Laine, Connor or Ehlers. I think they do give Vesalainen a look (5 games perhaps?) and make a final declension from there. Only other thing is during preseason I liked Niku up with Morrissey. Toss Beaulieu with Buff and have Kulikov with Pionk. I think Poolman deserves a spot in the top 6, I just don't think Maurice will play him over the others.

i also like trying out Copp at 2C and hoping chemistry develops with any of the wingers. I would probably still have Little centering that line over Roslovic, but have him mentor Roslovic throughout the year.

I like Connor Copp Roslovic and then Perreault Little Ehlers, but that's just based on past performance together. The vets probably become the 2nd line with CCR line being the third line. Lowry on the 4th line might mean they get a semi regular shift. We'd almost need to just roll 4 lines.

I honestly looked at what you guys have said and I agree with that. I think at that point we basically have a first line and two second lines. We’d have to just roll 4 lines. The 4th line would be really good as well. I do think though that poolman should be a 3rd pairing guy to start. He’ll get his chance when injuries occur.
