yeah against an AHL team. The fact that your two best scorers got hat tricks shouldnt be a surprise. It should be a requirement

It's preseason doesn't mean much. Now my favorite preseason analogy the Detroit Lions went 4-0 and looked great in the preseason and then went 0-16.

The Rockford Icehogs starting goalie is in Europe with the Blackhawks playing backup in Berlin today so the Bruins played a backup AHL goalie and a ECHL goalie.

He was terrible to listen to, only knew 3 or 4 players names on the Icehogs (Blackhawks AHL team). As an announcer/reporter...study the lineup sheet at least.

They were playing the Blackhawks AHL team (Icehogs) and the Icehog starting goalie is in Europe with the Blackhawks playing backup because Lehner has a groin pull.

i found it pre jokes ?? he is an nhl announcer so i dont blame him for not knowing those bums

It's his job to take 20 minutes and study the lineup from the opposition...terrible announcer and always has been. Bums? Well they play in a pro development league..wouldn't call them bums as only a few of them will end up in the NHL.

Not like when the Hawks routed the Penguins 10-1 opening night after the pens won the cup the season prior.
