    Lol same. Habs are in no way shape or form, "contenders". With that said, neither was St Louis more than half way through last year though so I think the idea of contenders is pointless. If you make the playoffs, your a contender nowadays.

    Yeah but at the start of the season almost everybody thought St. Louis would be good.

    As much as I don't want to admit it as a Habs fan, even with the current roster, it's doubtful the Habs will make the playoffs. Look at Florida. Look at Tampa. Look at Toronto (well maybe). Look at Boston. Match Habs lines with Bruins lines

    All depends on which price shows up this year ... if he somehow gets back to old Carey habs are contenders

    I know Habs aren't close of these teams but they have to be better than teams like Carolina, Philadelphia, .... which are probably better on paper but ''That's why we play the game!''
