If he appeals the league might have a case to bring it up to 10 games, so the safest bet is to just let him sit the Vegas games and come back after.

Because it's only 3 games I'm fine with this line up, but if the 2nd line really struggles I would think about moving Labanc down to Hertl's wing until Kane gets back.

Well the practice lines today had Labanc back on the third line.

As per Kurz
Meier-Couture-Yurtaykin
Bergmann-Hertl-Radil
Sorensen-Thornton-Labanc
Melker-Goodrow-Gambrell

Confirmed that Ferraro-Prout is the third pair tomorrow. That will change when Simek returns obviously.

That's fair as well (although that 3rd line looks more like the 2nd line to me). Secondary scoring is gonna be this team's main problem, so the thought process should be that Meier-Couture and Kane-Hertl can carry their own lines, so you can put whoever you want (Yurtaykin, Bergmann) next to them, and Labanc should be moved around depending on the situation.

Bergmann should really be on the fourth line when the team is healthy and suspensions are over. He is built for the 4th line.

I came here to talk hockey and hopefully escape the idiots who only want to talk about Kane. I’m sure you have something better to do.

Also moving Meier to the right side of Cooch and calling up Chekhovich would be an option so -

Sorensen Cooch Meier
Chekhovich Hertl Labanc
