Can Kovy comeback to the NHL after next season, he only has 1 year left on his KHL contract. And would the Devils be the only place he could go?

I'm not sure when he is allowed to come back. However, I believe TSN previously said the Devils get the first shot to sign him...If they chose not to sign him, hes free game to the rest of the league.

I think all 30 NHL GM's need to vote yes on his reinstatement.
