Doubt WPG would be paying the amount CHI wants since they're division rivals.

I’d think it’d be the exact opposite. The team taking the player has no leverage in a deal like this. Chicago could easily trade him somewhere else. If anything, WPG would have to pay MORE since they’re a divisional rival.
