I’m sorry, did you just say Danault for a first round pick? What?

You think that because you only watch BOS and your big boy... And also because you hate MTL. First I dont think Danault is going anywhere. Second he worth more than a late first.

But WTF Tatar vs JP, they are asking for a 3rd liner vs JP, that's mean Byron or Armia

Edmonton is looking for a player under team control or prospect+pick, not a rental.

1. Montreal will never trade Gallagher and if they do I shoot MB
2. Puljujarvi is not worth Tatar at all
3. MTL won't sign Thompson. They have more than enough depth at centre and wings
Otherwise I like your trades: Danault, Petry, Rieilly, Byron are pretty accurate
But they might be too simple, usually teams wan't to pitch a prospect they don't see with the club with picks instead of giving away 1st and 2nd round

You know Danault is a young Patrice Bergeron, but not as good offensively.

He’s not young, and he’s miles behind Bergeron at everything. His career high in goals is 13. No ones giving up a first rounder for a couple months of that

Great defensive C, great 200 foot game - 13 goals but 40 assist - its worth something.

A late 1st, yes. Especially for a cup contender

And if Danault was 6’5”, coming off a 25 goal season, maybe he would fetch the same.

But he's a playmaker and Elite defensively / Crosby O'Reilly Bergeron Couturier Danault / I can't see MTL not getting a 1st for Danault, you traded a 1st for declining Rick Nash
