I disagree. Sparks has had a better save percentage while playing in way worse situations. If you put sparks behind calgary's defense last season he could easily get a .910 save percentage, I'm pretty sure smith had something like an .890. Smith was decent in the playoffs but he would be a train wreck playing behind the leafs the way they have been recently

Zero, but the cap adjusts daily and could go up 2M by the TDL (acrued cap space), however since the leafs are already over the cap and using LTIR they will not be able to use this acrued space at all
