Description

Why is Carpenter playing more minutes then Kubalik and Kampf? JC played the 4th line way too much and not enough of the 3rd line. Smith played the same amount of time as Saad...and we wonder why we were slow? C'mon Junior Colliton, wake up!

Nylander disappears again after 1 period...this kid needs to go down and learn to play a full game and 200 ft of ice. Let Perlini play.

Koekko doesn't look great. Wasn't a fan of playing him over Gilbert, but once De Haan is back then Koekko can sit.

2nd line looks good. Toews didn't look great tonight and Kane as good as he is has lost some speed.

Kubalik is so far living up to all the hype.

Smith needs to sit...he makes Anisimov look like a All Star...that was a big downgrade on talent despite it being a cap move.

I'm hopeful for Dach allowing Kampf to spark the 4th line.

Crow...I get 3 of those goals weren't his fault but 2 were.

Agree...Coach Q lit a fire in players, JC seems way too passive for this team. Too many guys are used to Coach Q, not a softy

The offense is fine but our defensive systems are actual trash. What kind of system do they teach of that has no dman in front of the net??? I'm over Collitons defensive system.

Our offense is okay, but minus Nylander....like I've been saying, this kid can't figure out how to play more then 10 minutes of hockey. Perlini, Sikura, both would be better at this point...2 shots on goal in 2 games while posting a -3. Send Nylander down and coach him. Smith is the other guy...wtf is he doing on the ice? Anisimov definitely is better then him.

I know it may just be Colliton’s coaching style, but if the defense is bad, and we spend a summer making huge turnover, why not get an influx of great skaters. His defensive doesn’t work with an already ****ty defense. Unleash the offense with speed, u got nothing to lose at this point.

I know I hate the penguins, but their defense was absolutely awful. But in both cups, they played fast, possession hockey. The blues winning the cup was the worst thing that could happen to us, cuz bowman panicked and looked for help in all the wrong places. I’d love lafreniere, but he’d be one of probably seven or eight pieces we’d need.
