Let's say Joey has 30 shots that are backdoor. He lets in 2 goals, and John gets 30 shots from the red line, and let's in the same amount. John has the same stats as Joey, by your logic they are eqals

With how Georgiav has been the last 3 years this trade is an insult. NYR wont be moving him unless they get a 2nd line center or a top 4 def ld at worst and the only thing Toronto has that nyr will even consider is nylander.

Okay, I'm a big Rangers fan and Giorgiev fan but if you are suggesting he's worth Nylander straight up I dont see that at all. He hasn't even played a full season yet.

I never stated his value is equal to nylander but unless nyr get something they need this doesnt suit them trading potentially their starter of the future. He has good value nyr would need to add a bit but unless nyr get a need its not worth moving him for scraps
