Description
Looks like there is no contact between Lavi and Turris. He doesn't wanna let him play. Can't understand why, but...ok, so trade him, stop killing his carier. It is not notmal when you let him play only for 9 minutes.
He doesn't deserve this.

NSH also need to find defensmen that can play in top4, Fabbro isn't bad, he is good, but he need more time to adapt.
Our 3rd line defensmens...oh, I just do not know why Hamhuis SOOO baaad this season. Weber and Irwin are always the same, typical 3rd pair defensmens :/

Write your proposals of trades down in comments :)

Sabres pass. A 6 mil meh 30 year old center with 4 years left on his contract. If he doesn't fit with Lavi he won't fit in the new Sabres regime..

Value wise NYR trade is best as Smith has 2 years left, but I can't really see Turris being traded to an asset with only one year left. If he's on the decline as it currently seems, it becomes a risk to trade for a player like that...

I have a hard time believing that Turris has positive trade value, but I could be wrong about that. Almost no one in the league has 6mil in cap to take him on, so you might have to switch bad contracts, or pay a considerable sum to get rid of him.

To move Turris it would probably need to be a swap similar to the Neal/Lucic trade but who that would be idk.

Really don't think any of these trades suggested here would get done for Turris, can't see Columbus trading a younger player in Wennberg for Turris even if Wennbergs stock has fallen, they're definitely not throwing in Nuutivara either.

Maybe Detroit would be interested but the Preds would probably have to take Abdelkader and who wants that deadweight.. Lol, plus Abdelkader has some kind of trade protection I think.

Maybe trade him to the Oilers, its the place to go to resurrect a guys career apparently.. Lol

Idk, maybe he gets bought out in the summer.

Turris with some retention for Alzner?

Just throwing out some ideas so don't murder me.. ?
Strange how he just hasn't seemed to work there.

IMHO He is not THAT bad. Lavi does not let him ice-time. IDK why.
Let him play -> increase his value and then sale...Lavi ruins any chances.

His contract have no protection. With his terrible ice-time (12 mins) he has 2 points in 5 games. His linemates are not Arvi or Forsberg. It is just Grimaldi, Carr, Jarny or Smith. I feel so sorry for him, he deserves better.

This team is so deep, and now it is a problem, because NSH spend 6 millions on their 4th line -__- So stupid

You've indicated why coaches and GMs are often at conflict. Sure the GM wouldn't mind trading the 6m Turris. But if he only seeing 4th line minutes, no team is trading for him. Somehow Turris how work his into the lineup and either show value to the Preds or another team. But right now as indicated by the posts above, he just can't be traded.

Turris for Seabrook (with salary retained salary) and a 2021 second rounder

Wouldn’t happen, because Seabrook has a full NMC, but would you do it?
