Ofc this is all assuming he doesn't resign (and apparently contract talk is going well for them) but anything out of division that returns more than Stone is what they would want (unless it's a rental like Tampa's case). The above trade may include Suzuki and the 2nd (which is probably worth the same as Brannstrom) but Alzner puts a lot of of negative value on the trade and Tatar does not make up the difference considering he could walk after 1.25 years.

He plays well everywhere Julien puts him. He has good advanced stats but he's not used that much. Julien likes giving Suzuki ice time, but he gives him too much. Byron will get that ice time eventually and maybe get promoted to the 2nd line.

Also, remember that Julien gives his 4th plenty of ice time. It's like if MTL had two 2nd line and two 3rd line
