While Dumba would be quite the splash, I have a hard time believing the Wild would do this so early on in the season. Even on an inevitable tanking Wild team, Dumba is locked up to such a good deal, that the team could carry him along in hopes of a quick turnaround. I don't think the Wild's owner would approve a full-scale rebuild at this stage anyway.
If the Leafs thought Ceci was not the answer, and they were willing to part with Nylander, in addition to Bracco, I think they could find a better fit out there. Josh Manson comes immediately to mind, but the Ducks would need to throw in more than Manson, if Nylander was included.
What I would really love to see is the Leafs find a way to make a deal for Philippe Myers. Even if he is not the answer this season, him on the Marlies, playing top minutes for the Leafs future coach, Sheldon Keefe, that sets the Leafs up for 3 out of 6 prospective Leafs future D all playing together in Sandin, Liljegren and Myers. Assuming the Leafs can find a way to resign Muzzin, a top 6 that also included Rielly and Dermott seems quite promising. However, such a plan would clearly not be any sort of quick fix to this Leafs so-so start.
