Im not a GM but no, you dont have a 2020 1st round pick, they will ask for a 2020 1st rd pick to start or A prospect to start for a rental

I'd say Hyman+Liljegren+1st is enough. Just a 2nd is a bit too cheap.

For a rental it's a little high IMO, but there will be so much offer comes TDL ( if Devils are out ) but Hall need to stay healthy this season

Toronto is the last team that can afford to rent Hall, they don't have a 2020 1st to trade and have zero accrued cap space at the TDL due to using LTIR all season
