Benn's play this season as well as his age and contract would probably scare them off.

They'd probably prefer to get picks & prospects instead of an older player.

Honestly not a bad deal. Benn and Subban are a similar age, have similar contracts and are both declining. Klingberg for Hall seems even if Hall agrees to an extension. Plus having Hall and Seguin play together would be great, 1st and 2nd overall in 2010.
