I do not know why Rodrigues has been so unproductive this year. Before the season started I would never have made this trade.
Considering that Rodrigues has been scratched in place of Sobotka this would be a good return for Buffalo. I wonder if Edmonton would make this trade.

Does Edmonton have the cap room for Rodriguez ? With Erod's play this year . I would do it. J P would have to agree to be patient

i should have checked that before hand and answer is no. but they could just add gagner to trade and that would even out the cap hits.

Buffalo has no place for Gagner in Rochester. Already too many vets down there. Certainly do not need him on NHL Roster

Puljujarvi cannot be sent to the AHL without going through waivers, I highly doubt he would clear. And this offer wouldn't get him anyways.
