Description

I'm really curious what CAR fans think of their goalie situation. There's zero doubt that Mrazek came in last year and played really well. I think we can also agree that he was decent in the playoffs, but at the same time left more to be desired from the goalie position. Hence why McElhinney replaced him in net towards the end.

So my questions are
*Are you Happy, Satisfied, Weary, Unhappy that Mrazek is your goalie?
*Do you think Mrazek is a Great, Good, Average, Poor goaltender on his own right no matter what defense is in front of him?
*Do you think this defense would make other goaltenders look good? (better than Mrazek) Didn't work for Darling, but did for McElhinney and both were expendable...because they gone.
*Would you prefer to trade for a goalie @ the TDL?
*If Yes, What would you give and what goalie do you want?

He had a lower body injury that was likely a factor in some capacity, but he still went out there for a number of games in each round of the playoffs.

I think Mrazek is an Above Average to Good Goalie. He has the luxury or playing behind arguably the best d-corp and a strong possession team. I think hes a place holder until Ned or Booth or Pyotr are ready for the gig. Theres depth in the prospect pool for goalies, and thats why they wont commit to Mrazzle Dazzle for long term.
