My line up for the next game

Created by: RicXX

Description
My look at what the line up could look like over the next couple of games that Dach is in the line up. I believe he could be moved around all 4lines to be honest and may see some time on the PP and PK but not much more than a shift each, just to see how he handles it. Edited positions, swapped Shaw and Dach, Smith and Nylander.

I wouldn't have dach, a center, playing on his off-hand wing, in his first game. let him play on his natural side, and shelter his mins on the 3rd line at least for game #1

I like it. Despite its drawbacks, I’d like to see what the Cat-Strome-Kane line could do at.

Find a way to get Smith into this lineup. He looked amazing Friday night against Columbus imo, very solid fourth liner.

I honestly couldn't remember what hand he was when I was moving pieces around, probably swap him and Shaw since Shaw plays all over anyway lol

Swap Nylander for Smith?

I think so but again I'd have him on his natural side

Firstly, he is right handed, so you do have him on the correct wing. I do think this is what they’re gonna do with him.

Secondly, shielding him on the third line would be smart. However, there’s two problems. One, is that he can’t win faceoffs to save his life, and the fact that Colliton is obsessed with the saad kampf kubalik line (which has been great). Two, I have a feeling the hawks are gonna throw dach into the fire full speed. They’ve showed so far that they don’t care about anything he may be lacking (speed and faceoffs) or any injuries he’s had. They’re gonna keep him and force the nine plus games on him. It does concern me a little, but more than a couple jobs are on the line depending on how dach succeeds.
