Maybe, although with how Drouin is playing, I don't think Habs would want to include him.

Having to include Oleksiak on top of Benn is the most egregious thing here IMO. That's over 12M in cap right there in case people are forgetting. Kulak is 1.8m and Lehkonen is only 2.4m or something.

Benn is still a good player but either Dallas takes back some real salary or they retain some of Benn's because he is getting paid a lot of money to be an average top 6 at the moment and last year. Not many teams can afford to add that risk even if they wanted to.

Either way he has a NMC, he ain't going anywhere unless he wants out. I haven't heard anything to suggest it so....
