whats that package look like at the TDL though, i think he will be the hottest commodity out there. Im going to through a huge wildcard here and say they trade backes and a prospect/mid tier pick for kovi.

Completely agree. You would have to think this is his last year. no way they can resign him after this year. they shouldnt have signed him last year. mcavoy has to play 10x harder because of how slow chara is. that gauthier penalty last night is probably going to happen alot on chara this year... dives included.

Toffoli at 50% is 2.3m and that would be pro-rated even lower mid-season. May be tricky but not impossible.

No thanks on Backes - I loved him for the exact amount of time he was a Blue and that's it lol.

Ritchie scored last night of course but really didnt think he was a factor beyond that goal, had a couple big hits on the boards. refs were off their game a little bit as well seemed to let them play but called dumb stuff at the same time. That's your opinion. I think he's a better option than all but three current Boston wingers and he wouldn't cost much. Plays a good 2-way game, scored 13 last year shooting at half his normal %.
