Sergachev would hold out and sign an offersheet easily if you're only offering him 1 mil. Odds are if you don't win the cup this year and shatty has a solid season someone will also offer him more money. You gotta loosen the pockets abit and spend some money

If you look at comparable players, McAvoy got 4.6 million for similar stats, and IP in philly got more with less stats. Way under paying the kid.

1sr I never said he should get their money, but 1 million is low, should have prefaced my comment that he will not get their money, but getting more than 1 million. This year he will be used in top 4 and if his number stay the same or improve it goes from potential to 3 years of 30 to 50 points and a plus rating and playing more minutes against better players and he will not be sheltered as you say.
