A first and one of top prospects or our top prospect #9 pick plus a 2nd rounder? That seems a but much.
I think a 2020 2nd round pick and comtois is decent. But I would add in either conditions or an extra pick. Like if Benn scores 30 goals the pick turns to a first.
I think Benn is a really good player. But I also think he's played on a good team with another really good player. He and Getz would play well together, but not better than he does with Seguin. And his bad relationship with the owners is never a great sign.

Also I would give like pretty much anyone on the roster for Seguin.

As an Anaheim fan, no. Spare parts (including two guys who haven't stuck in the NHL yet) plus a second doesn't get Jamie Benn.

My offer would be Nick Ritchie plus Jacob Larsson or Josh Mahura plus Kiefer Sherwood or Antoine Morand plus a 2021 second, upgrading to a first if Benn scores 21 goals for Anaheim this season.
