Yeah! Why is that? He has been decently hyped. Donskoi was on that line in the pre-season prior to Rants' signing. I like seeing him there, I like seeing Compher with Kadri and Bura, I like seeing Nichushkin getting 3rd line minutes.

I have no clue whats going on with him, i think he's just been sitting in the press box this entire time so its not really helping him at all just being a practice dummy. I didn't mind nichuskin if the first few games and i have never really been a wilson fan, i think he is one of the worst skaters in the league. I'd like to see us swap through those 3 when rants is back, just like we do with the 7th dman.

Wilson is actually pretty fast and nimble for his size. He's keeping up with Jost and Compher quite well. 3pts and +5. Those are good stats for a 3rd liner. Currently on pace for 35pts if he plays 82 games (which isn't likely however). You'd prefer Nichushkin, who hasn't scored in 62 NHL games and is much slower and less agile?

i think you must be watching a different wilson. He has the ugliest stride there is. not a chance nichuskin is slower than wilson, i'd way rather see nichuskin or kammy slot in over wilson.

Is he skating with them today? Well Bednar doesn't say anything bad about any of his players. This would be the ideal time to slot him into the open spot on third line if he wants to get him into a game. Hard to scratch players when everyone is playing good and only lost once game

Out skate? you need to wipe your eyes if you just said wilson can outskate mcdavid, that may be the dumbest thing i've ever heard. The only thing he did was get caught by mcdavid at half speed stop and throw a no look backhand on net that beat a weak tendy.

I did not say he "can". I said that he "did". Also, even the NHL, who published the video (who also is very pro-McDavid) gives credit where credit is due by saying Wilson schooled McDavid. But hey, you're the expert right?
