If he keeps up his start to the year, this season may end up being Karlsson-esque. Yes, it's only one year, however, it wouldn't be the first time somebody's UFA value skyrockets after a couple of elite seasons.

I think Hamilton would probably get closer to Carlson or Pietrangelo numbers, considering he probably isn't even the best defenseman on his team.
