Will injuries be the death of our winning streak? I am still confident in our current lines and roster personally, but the loss of Eberle and Komarov as depth was already bad enough. I'm worried about the loss of Martin for a long time to an extent, but I've been blowing the Johnston horn since 18-19, I think he's a cheaper and on-par replacement for Martin. Kuhnhackl is a nice depth piece that we have to survive without due to injuries, and although I actually really like Dal Colle and his play and am fine with how Wahlstrom's been playing in the lineup, I'm worried that we will end up overrelying on depth pieces that don't fit into our lineup like Eberle does.

Honestly, I think Bardreau was a nice surprise. I was a bit confused with his call up (I was expecting a Kieffer call-up, or barring that maybe a Jobst call-up due to his stellar preseason) but it's worked out tremendously in my opinion. Bardreau has been solid in a bottom 6 role and I wouldn't mind him sticking around even once these injuries subside, assuming that he continues the play he is at now.

Eberle and Komarov should be in a couple of games. From there, Johnston can fill in for Martin and Kuhnhackl and Komarov should healthy scratches anyways. I think we’ll be okay if they can sustain their newfound scoring 12 goals in 3 games?).

This winning is unsustainable but I really think they’ll be okay

I for sure think the winning won't last. Obviously i'd like to win every game from now on, but I still think we're going to be a playoff team again once the winning streak ends. Eberle being back will be awesome (Komarov is good depth but he wont make that big of a difference). Like I said in the post, I would honestly rather Johnston play than Martin and Bardreau is playing awesome considering he was unknown before his call-up.
