Stop dreaming ehlers is worth way more than that garbage deal. If buffalo doesn’t include a top forward prospect winnipeg will hung up in a second

Yeah that's pretty bad. Buf needs to include their 1st at a minimum.

Could add Thompson, he kinda becomes redundant if the Sabres have Ehlers

Thompson isn’t a top prospect anymore he have difficulty establishing himself. Mittelstad or cozens would be plyer winnipeg would ask for

Well both of you are clearly on the ignorant "Risto sucks" bandwagon. That train has long left the station. Risto is playing extremely well, our best or 2nd best defenseman right now. He is a proven top 4, even top 2 D and that was on bad Buffalo teams that didn't help inflate his numbers. Say what you want about the high value of Ehlers, but Botterill isn't selling Risto for any piece short of a high calibre top 6 forward. I don't want to trade Risto, nor do I think he is getting moved this season or even next. Wake up and learn about players for your own selves, don't just accept what people on this website say. Don't take my words for it, watch some Sabres games and you will see for yourself

Thompson is a ppg player rn and everybody wants him up, but it wont happen till a trade happens. Dont pretend to know Sabres prospects because you glanced at his stats page. mitts and Cozens are both over kill, i wouldnt trade Cozens 1 for 1 for Ehlers

Don’t post stupid trade proposal if you don’t like the truth. Risto is a -143 for 6 years in nhl that is bad no mather which club you play for. I watch enough hockey to know that trading ehlers for ristolainen is real bad. You thibk you are smart but you don’t know the game at all.
I watch enough hockey to evaluate players of my own and little boy like you who are completely biased . Buffalo had a good start this season but that doesn’t make ristolainen suddenly a great defender. He continu to turn the puck in is zone and blow coverage again this year. The biggest difference is buffalo transition game so they play less in their zone. The centerman duty are for a lot in the buffalo succes, they playing a lot deeper helping defenseman getting the puck out of the zone.

You’re way, way off

Plus minus is a largely useless stat that only gets brought up to defend weak points because people think they can some how will a lopsided trade for a top pair dman. Also dont pretend youre a hockey expert, thsts embarrassing. Risto really hasnt had blown coverage in his own zone. Youre just throwing words out there to make yourself look good.

-143 thats how bad he was and he still blow a lot of coverage. Keep your trash in buffalo the rest of nhl are not stupid they don’t want to make trade with dumb people.

Buffalo Is a real joke having drafted in top 10 for 8 years and miss the playoff all that spend. Can see why the fan don’t really know what good player’s are since they think risto is good and cozens is worth more than ehlers. Must have something in thee water that damage the brain

And we're not trading arguably our most valuable winger for a #2 d man
