The only true untouchables are Jack and Dahlin. We would be wild to not listen to offers for some of those guys that you put on that list. I'd say reinhart is the closest to untouchable after that, but everyone else is expendable for the right price.

Yeah, its eichel and dahlin then everybody else. Yost had a great article in the buffalo news, basically said advanced stats show that eichel is the real deal, but the 2-4 lines are either getting away with unsustainably high shooting percentages, or poor shooting percentages from poor shooters with decent possession numbers. I know at one point a few games ago johansson had 4 goals on 9 shots. Skinner has been good no matter how you look at it, but my god get sobotka off that line. My point is theres still questions about this team, i have enjoyed watching them play, its been much more convincing than last years 'by the skin of their teeth' win streak. Take away their high shooting percentages, and they are still a team that gets hemmed in their own zone for stretches, which probably puts them more in the middle of the league. As far as ranking the players here, i would do the stupid thing and value the shiny new toys like mittelstadt, jokiharju, and olofsson higher than i should, but this team can take calls on montour, ristolainen, miller, johansson, mccabe- guys i dont wanna move, but im not hanging up the phone til i hear the offer. Its going to make sense to move guys at some point, pilut should be up here but hes blocked, and i wouldnt hate seeing asplund and thompson take larsson and girgensons jobs- but again, people have to move first. At 9-2-2, nobody cares much about yosts point, so lets circle back in a few weeks.
