I'm a Rangers fan and would love this but that's way overvaluing Kreider imo. Also don't think STL parts with Kostin. Maybe Thomas?

Robert Thomas is better than my package alone.

You think? Maybe I'm undervaluing Thomas then... either way, would love for them to get a young center out of the deal.

Perfect package would have been Bokk + a 1st for Kreider. Too bad he’s in Carolina now.
Maybe Jordan Kyrou + 1st +3rd for Kreider. That may be too much though.

That's roughly fair value. Kyrou could be swapped in.

Drop the 1st and for Thomas straight up, it still works.

guys. kyrou, Thomas, and probably anyone top prospects are untouchable. they not only just traded bokk. but they won the cup. there really isn't hat much pressure when the need will be filled when tarasenko will be back

Blues aren’t parting with Thomas Kostin or Kyrou. Thomas is untouchable and by far better than this package. Blues probably would be willing to trade the package if a prospect that isn’t one of or phantom three were in it.

Tarasenko won’t be back till it’s almost playoff time. They do need someone to fill the whole he left and Kreider could be that guy during the regular season. And during the playoffs, you don’t know how much of his game Tarasenko will have back after being out for so long. Kreider would help them. I think a 1st + a decent prospect is good value for Kreider

I’d much rather use Kostin or Kyrou.

No it doesn’t. Thomas is our best guy Armstrong already said he was untouchable the market for our prospects is a no go maybe a first realistically someone who is not as good maybe we would give up Stevens or Nolan Mikkola maybe but if you want to try and force Kreider down our throat it’s not going to be for what you want.

Blues should do whatever works for them. If you feel one of Kyrou or Kostin is ready then don’t trade for Kreider. Otherwise, a Kreider trade would be perfect.

Only say perfect because that’s what’s perfect for the Rangers not the Blues. Investing another prospect damages the near future.

You’re right. I say that because as a Rangers fan I think this is something that could work.
