Kings might consider a goalie swap, but they wouldn't include a draft pick.

So the Devils currently have a 33 year old goalie posting bad numbers and the way to fix that is to trade for another 33 year old goalie with bad numbers and a longer contract??? I get that Quick/ Schneider might play better in a different system but the Kings and Devils are the 4th and 2nd worst teams respectively by record I don't think either would get much better.

Not much to lose for either team though. A simple change of scenery could inspire them. I realize that neither are likely to return to top form.

Yeah, doubt either goalie can play much worse than what are they now, but at this point with that one extra year on Quick's contract I rather just have Schneider.
