both sides? Pens win this by miles if Wings are selling AA at his lowest point.

Giving up too much for a guy who is a pending holdout candidate. He doesn't really seem to play a great team game either. His 30 goals as a top 6 guy for Detroit is a lot different then what he would be on other teams.

God I hope Yzerman doesn't sell him off he's got so much potential. He had 2 11 game stints being goaless so he's just streaky just leave him be he'll bounce back.

PENS FANS - STOP TRADING JUGGS - HE IS A GOOD 3rd LINE CENTER
** Remember it only took us 3 yrs to find one.
* Unless the player u are trading for is a Game changer

He is going to be moved cause of his cap hit in the summer anyway.
You need to keep Chucky or the kessel trade is a massive L by rutherford + Murray, Schultz, McCann, Kahun, Simon extension

He would excel on the Pens. He's only 25 coming off a 30 goal year.

That's the thing. When he does score, he scores A LOT. Yzerman would be stupid to sell him off now

Holy overpayment, the pens are paying too much for a guy they dont need. We should use those assets on different trades, specifically on defense

Wouldn't AA be a pretty good 3rd center to replace him?

it's not that much of an overpayment due to AA being an RFA coming off a 30 goal year.
Bjugstad fetches you a late 2nd/3rd at best, $4.1 mil is a lot to pay for a guy who tops out as a 3rd line C, fringe 2nd line winger.
ZAR is a bottom-six luxury and i'd like the pens to make room for Sam Lafferty in the lineup.
Bjorkqvist is a C prospect.
The 2nd/3rd is to offset some value because AA is still worth A LOT more than those 3 players

I would run AA in the top-six with one of Malkin/Geno. He has a really good shot.
Imo he's slightly better than Galchenyuk. But yes, you'd have Galchenyuk, McCann, AA who can slot in as C if needed.

I get that but I think we dont need him. we have enough guys that can slot into our top 6, and i dont know if we can even afford him with all our other extensions assuming we try to resign chucky as well. But i get your point

We also have McCann who has shown he can be an ok 2C, with the injuries, I'd be fine with him as a 3C for sure

Do you understand how long GMJR tried trading for him? He loves Bjugstad. The only way he trades him is if he gets a crazy dumb deal for him.

IDK, bc Sully loves RH Centers and GmJR loves Juggs ... So if they trade him, it will be a trade we absolutely win.

I think McCann has potential to be a star winger, Id just hate to use him as a 3C where still he will be good.
